This was the first time we exhibited at the SEGD show with a technology fresh out of the lab. The overall response from visitors and thought leaders in the industry was extremely positive. It was exhilarating to get validation for the concept of using some form of automated identification and navigation system to direct visitors in hospitals. By the middle of the day word had got around about our system and the buzz resulted in a number of visitors to our booth, some returning to show others what they had witnessed. From designers to facility staff there was unanimous appreciation for the system and the potential improvements it could bring to the visitor experience in hospitals.
